I've walked in several times to pick up an online order and was blatantly ignored for white customers. I will never be okay with receiving horrible customer service wherever I SPEND my money at FREQUENTLY. The manager was friendly when I addressed my concerns, but I'm done with this location. If you're black, I'd avoid eating here. Spend your money where you're respected.
If you are only going to have 2 people working maybe you should only have the bar portion opened! I sat in the bar had ok service and then ordered my food and one girl forgot to put in my order because the restaurant portion started getting packed. This has happened twice! Thought I’d give it another try since the food and drinks are good and no better.
We walked over here after a show at the majestic- Texas burger was one of the best burgers I've had in a while- the BBQ sauce on it is amazing. Staff was friendly, but our waiter didn't stop by much- luckily another waiter made sure we had refills and brought our bill. Definitely would come back next time I'm in Dallas!
I come here for lunch an average of once a week. The food here is not your average sports bar food. The chef really does an amazing job. Everything I've tried has been outstanding. I recommend the Mango Salmon and also the Southwrst Salad. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. Réservez une table maintenant
If you're in downtown business, you should go. It's walking from the hotels. The food is good. The beer is good. The bartenders are friendly for people they only see once a month. It def has a local vibe that is cool, but they do not exclude the traveler.
Nice menu great staff. Good sports bar environment. Great place for city visitors and locals. No monthly special menu with the pandemic supply chain problems in Dallas.
