Went in on the early evening of September 8th 2023. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The employees were exceptionally friendly and helpful. It's my favorite Arby's in all of Winnebago county. We used Arby's catering service in Roscoe for a big order and everyone loved it! Customer service was excellent, they called me twice to confirm the order, the food was hot and punctual, they contained all the sauces we need together with plastic utensils. It was great to get the attention to the detail of Arby's! Very recommended!
