The customer service at this location is quite disappointing, and I cannot recommend it. The staff is consistently rude and often misspells my name. When I inquired about the status of my food, they simply asked if it was mine without using my name, which they had requested. They conveyed information about my order in an unprofessional manner. It would be more helpful if they called out customers' names when their orders are ready. The restaurant was crowded during my visit, leaving me unsure if my food was ready. The staff at this restaurant were friendly and well-informed. The place itself was immaculate, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the restrooms were! The food was excellent and attractively presented—no messy sandwiches here; everything stayed neatly in place instead of spilling out onto the paper wrapping. It was also a nice touch to find charging ports at each booth. I would definitely return to this location!

Ellis provided us with the best customer service I've ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. I can't praise him enough. He offered friendly and prompt service, gave excellent recommendations, and made me feel extra special when he discovered it was my birthday! I will definitely return to this location repeatedly. It's rare to find such an enthusiastic and engaging employee these days!

Arby's is fantastic; I really enjoy their food. I tried their roast beef sandwich with mayo and lettuce, and it was delicious. We didn't have to wait long in the drive-thru, which was a plus. Everything we ordered was great. I would love for them to bring back the regular fries in the meal instead of just the curly fries. Réservez une table maintenant

Eventually, the manager came out to ask about the situation. I explained what happened, and she instructed the staff member to add the bacon, acknowledging that I had indeed paid for it. However, I was really put off by how rude the service was, and I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location in the future.

The service was fantastic! Our meals were brought directly to our table. I absolutely loved the Classic roast beef; be sure to try it with the Horsey sauce! I also enjoyed the 3 Slider meal.

As for wheelchair accessibility, the restaurant is at ground level and has two entrances—one at the front and another on the east side.
