Didn't realize when I was leaving my review and thought this was the arbys by my house. I went to the store when traveling and ordered 2 roast beef with tomato n mayo then got back on the highway and went to eat and had 2 sandwiches with no tomatoes andtons of lettuce ofcourse I could not go back because I was in 75 and it works have been difficult and time consuming to go backSo I'll never go back to this location.
Nearly every time I go here, my order is wrong, food is ice cold, long wait, etc. I?ve gone twice in the last month and ordered the half pound B n C combo with the red ranch dressing. Both orders were wrong. Last time on 5/20/22 I was given a half poundroast beef and not what I paid for. At least the fries were hot this time. It?s not worth the hassle of calling to complain. It?s just easier to go somewhere else.
As always, a fantastic experience. The Double Beef 'n Cheddar was piled high with just the right amount of cheddar cheese. My custom requests were all executed perfectly. The small Curly Fries were delicious. Everything was served warm. This location is the only fast food spot in the area that has never gotten my order wrong. I'm very appreciative.
The order taker didn't know what the Diablo Dare combo included. They got it right at the window, but took some time. I was asked to pull forward (this is a new limited time offering). The Diablo toppings are pretty hot for a fast food offering. Réservez une table maintenant
Did not make our sandwiches the way we ordered. 2 reg roast beef with tomato and mayonnaise. We got 2 reg roast beef with mayonnaise and a TON of lettuce. Each sandwich had enough lettuce for 3 sandwiches.
Wonderful customer service. They young lady working behind the counter 10 july at noon was super. Very helpful Food was hot and delicious.
This Arby's location is outstanding; they consistently prepare my food with great attention to detail.
