I used to absolutely love this Arby's! I've even called to compliment the chef and staff before, but the last 2 times I've went there, the food was ridiculous! Their prime rib cheesesteak sandwich only had a couple tiny peppers and barely any meat... both times! Looks like a bread sandwich, and price is ridiculous! The same with my gyros... barely any meat or sauce if any, but overkill on the lettuce. They also removed my husband's favorite item from the menu, potato cakes. Their curly fries, you only get a couple actual curly the rest are usually short and hard. The drive through boy is very friendly, and parking lot always clean. Very disappointed
Amongst other things, the bun was burnt. But that was the least of things. Went through the drive thru, because there doors are locked. Had to wait 15-20 minutes. They got the order wrong and over charged me, but they fixed that. But after all those things, still never got Arb’s sause or Horsie sause. I understand there were only 4 people working, and the lady manager was going crazy. But I saw another couple do what I did 2 weeks ago, walk up to the door to find it locked, and drive away.I won’t be back anytime soon. Hopefully people will realize they need to work, and places like this great restaurant will thrive again.
The restaurant was clean bathrooms great but we are traveling today with our camper and cat. So we needed to get our food to go. I go in ordered 3 beef and cheddars get back on the expressway and no dressing on our sandwiches so disappointed. Do you need to ask for it now? We haven't been for a while. So I don't know
I absolutely love going here the workers are great, they are all friendly they know my order every time when it is just that one of the best experiences I ever had in a fast food restaurant that they actually care about their customers food: 5/5

Service is always fast, food is fresh. They even offer an amazing rye bread, you just have to ask. They never hesitate to personalize my food they way I want! The Jamocha shake is my favorite treat here, yummmm!! ?
Messed my order up. I ordered beef and chedder and just got a roast beef sandwhich. Drive thru is always packed and this time was the same. It took a little while to get our food due to this.
loves bark and cheddar. only the complaining is that there were more rolls than cheese and bark. but great friendly service! food: 5/5
