I haven't been to Arby's in 20 years for quality issues over the years. Not impressed with the new Wagyu burger at all. They hype it up like it's supposed to be a game changer. So I figured a chance should be given after 2 decades. I watched them make it, it was put together and they put the patty and cheese in the microwave briefly. Before the cheesee went on, it was sat on the dirty cutting board. The lobby was in need of cleaning and stocking as well. I sent these concerns to to corporate and they never responded. $31 for 2 burger meals and a side of cheese sticks is steep, especially for the quality and temperature I received. Ordered through uberears 30 minutes before it was scheduled to close ubereats. Waited 50 minutes for my order to be canceled. Website says they close at 12 am. They should really update their times if they can't finish an order nearly 2 hours before scheduled closing times. I've worked at understaffed restaurants before and we still managed to get orders out a minute before scheduled closing time. If I can rate this place zero stars I would.
This restaurant offers the same menu as others, but stands out for their delicious fish sandwich which is rumored to be better than the rest. This turned out to be true, however, be prepared for a messy meal as the sandwich is loaded with tartar sauce and salad. They also had St. Patrick's Day milkshakes available, which was a nice bonus.
Went there for my birthday. Glad to see the new additions to the menu. I gotta have variety in my life and they sure do have it. Wagyu burger is a good first try btw. Was expecting it to cost more. Jamocha shakes are the bomb. Used to get those with my lategrandparents all the time when I was a kid. I do the same now with my daughter

My food was awful. I got the burger for dinner, but the meat smelled like it had expired already. The fries were not fresh at all. They actually tasted like they had cooked them earlier in the day. I was actually looking forward to enjoying this meal once I got home. We will never come back to that restaurant again.
Absolutely best staff, and really friendly staff. Probably the best food I've had at Arby's in aong while . But a 7 miutes for a reaming pie. Is kinda outrages, was already waiting 5 miutes for chinken swiss shouldve just the pie too!
Had a sale 2 for $6. Good roast beef, but the Subs, Italian, etc. were the best sandwiches they had and they no longer carry them. Bummer! We don't eat there very often any more because those were our favorites!
Wanted a milkshake. I get Sorry we are closing early. The milkshake machine is down for cleaning . Didn 't want anything else...might be full of cleaning solution...I doubt it though. This was at 7:00 pm.

Doors locked to dining room, with staff staring blankly back at me. Of course no signs stating dining room is closed. They have a great parking lot for walking to the McDonald’s next door.
Customer service was excellent and the food was quality and fresh. The store was really clean and the employees were super nice.
