Not clean, bad service. Arby 's needs to step it up if they want to compete with the bigger fast food chains...Made an order via the app for $1 any size fries offer. Absolutely no customers at Arby 's. Waited at the drive thru speaker for 3 minutes before the employee opens with sorry you can go ahead and order now. Pulled up to the window and waited another minute. The employee is facing away from the window and my food is sitting in a bag in front of him. He finally turns and notices I am there waiting (how long does he think it takes to pull up? and grabs the bag, opens the window and hands it to me--saying absolutely nothing. My first visit was fantastic; the food was hot and the service was excellent. However, on my second visit, it was just okay—the sandwich I had wasn't very warm. By the third visit, I think they messed up one of the shakes, and the food was not hot at all. This was really disappointing since my first experience was so good. Based on this, I probably won't be returning.

Here's another example of more nasty tasting food I ordered the fish sandwich and I felt fine after eating but hours later I felt sick to my stomach I sweating and shaking and felt like throwing up some of these restaurants will hire anyone cooking your food lesson learn I'll stick to eating at home ??

I ordered the brown sugar bacon turkey sandwich, but when I got home, I found regular bacon on it instead. I didn’t want to go back and complain, but it was a bit frustrating. Make sure to check your food before you leave. I’m giving it 3 stars because the fries were hot.
The young man at the register, was amazing his personality the way he handled us.. I think it was Bobby maybe sorry wish I could remember.. but amazing kid.. awesome customer
The customer service was excellent. The food was served in a timely manner, especially considering there was only one person cooking.
