Arby's - Réservation de table

Arby 's used to be a great place to eat. Quick service, fresh meals, and great staff. However, when my family and I stopped in yesterday, it was anything but. We entered the restaurant and stood in line. Nobody acknowledged that we were there. They didn 't even look in our direction. We waited and waited, the line just got longer, still no acknowledgement. Finally, we just got off the line. Started to leave. But then they started taking orders. I placed my order. No receipt. I went back to ask for a receipt and the cashier didn 't offer to print one. I told her I wanted it just to show when I pick up my order, that I had paid. I don 't quite understand if it is just a very young front line w...

I 've never been in a Arbys this dirty. The dining room was a wreck. The service was slow and the cook threw my sandwich onto the chute so hard it fell out on the other side onto the floor! So i had to wait again !! The 1st time I stopped here 5 months ago I experienced the same issues but I thought maybe it was a bad day but I Will not eat here again!!

Cashier was very rude I ask for cheese sauce on both my roast beef sandwiches and get home 30 minutes away no cheese on either one. Only gave us 1 horsy sauce and 1 arby sauce. And I will tell all my friends and family check your food before you drive away to make sure it's correct. KeeKee was the rude employee

Extremely rude store associates, had me waiting at the window for 10 minutes no customers in line. Then proceeded to curse me out after I asked to be served. Extremely rude employees and terrible customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. Fire your rude and ghetto employees who don’t want to work! Réservez une table maintenant

Food wasn’t even wrapped in its packaging and my gyro was falling apart. The cashier didn’t even greet us, just stared at me when I walked up. No one looked happy to be working there.

Wow....those are some nasty bathrooms. If they reflect the standards of the place, I now feel gross about what I ate there today. How clean is the kitchen???

Very nice quiet atmosphere. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They really need to have more margarita days. Réservez une table maintenant
