So I called the restaurant as I put my order up to ask if they can buy my sandwich toast (because there is no possibility to ask it to roast it when they order online) and they literally answered about 20 seconds after I sent my order, but the guy went on to tell me that they couldn't hit my sandwich because it was already made. what it was physically impossible for them to make it so fast, so I know he was lying to me. I'd rather they tell me they just don't want to do it, they're right on me. I don't think this is a very good customer service. I'm totally disappointed by this one. will not be ordered again from here!

Only reason I'll ever come to this location again would be for the MAN Sedrick ! Every time I've come in I've gotten attitude from employees, mainly the woman. The masks don't make it easy to hear, i get it, but want to make sure my orders correct. Which somehow every time it's messed up, then leads to employees getting frustrated, commentary mumbled about customer, me or my boyfriend. Sedrick has stepped in several times to defuse the situation, even telling worked up employees multiple times to calm down. He remembers us just because of these bad interaction and ALWAYS tries to make things right.

Terrible customer service today. Ordering online is supposed to have the sub ready for you when you arrive. I was given a time of completion of 3:30 pm. Lady working today was rude and basically blew me off. Need staff training

Stopped in to grab a bite and have gone back a few times since. The servers are friendly and the atmosphere is good. I enjoy the various dishes they offer and I enjoy the fact that I can bring my family for a nice meal. Réservez une table maintenant

12/09/2021I ordered through the app and was able to pick up my regular size Big Kahuna Philly cheesesteak with no problem. The cheesesteak was fresh and hot!

I'll never order from her again. their employees are slow, rude and the manager is not helpful. we waited half an hour for our food. terrible!

I show up at 8:55 open sign is on. Door is unlocked. Online says they are open. The two workers tell me they are closed. Waste of time .

we love to eat here, but the last two times each sandwich with oil and vinegar was absolutely softened and wet. it sucks! Réservez une table maintenant
