Arby's In Des Mo - Réserver une table

I come here a lot and they normally do good but they just made my sliders with nuggets instead of tenders and they were rude when I wanted a refund. The reason for the substitute was cause they “didn’t have any tenders down”. But I was the only car in the drive thru and by the time I pulled out of the parking lot 3 of the 4-5 people working are outside smoking. They get paid by the hour. Just a very unprofessional experience I’m sure they can be good workers but they just dealt with that so poorly.

It's good. Everything is so high priced now. Not their fault. I had the French melt. Juicy tender. They provided a big cup of aus ju. Curly fries always hit the spot. I dip them in ranch for the sweet, spicy combo. Service was weird. Order taken really quickly then waited at the window for an eternity. Ate in today- chicken sandwich, curly fries, cherry turnover. $13. All very good. I had never tried a dessert and was not disappointed. Clean inside. Friendly staff. Prompt service.

I hope there is another location nearby. I will never do business in this location; one female employee here is unprofessional and unethical. She is Light-skinned and short female. She will cut corners to give you nasty food. My order was horrible. She spilled the sauce and was too lazy to remake or repack the food. Her coworkers tried, but I needed to get out before dropping the hammer. Please hire people who care about your business

I've been here about 4 different times at different times of the day... this would be my last time visting this location. They always get something wrong and spend way too much time conversating than doing business. Even when I pulled up there was no line and I had to ask for service. The lady was nice but it makes Arby's look bad. And now I see y ppl don't really like this restaurant it has gotten bad over the years

Jaida Pratt at store 6300 se 14th st is a very lazy worker she is very rude she was throwing dishes on the counter looking very angry this store was the first I’ve been to and it made me lose my appetite she needs to be talked to by someone higher up

Always polite people in the drive through window. Haven't messed my orders up yet. Food has been better than normal and the app gives you awesome deals.

One of the best things about the roast beef sandwiches is the sesame seed buns. Pretty disappointed when I get what looks like a McDonald's bun.

This location has consistent service, a clean and relaxed atmosphere, and is a nice amenity to have on our side of town.
