Ardtara Country House

I took my Australian partner to England, and we had the most wonderful night! The hotel room was incredible, and we absolutely loved the log fire on the rainy Sunday when we arrived. Our dinner at the restaurant was even more impressive. The tasting menu was expertly crafted by the chef, and I highly recommend it! The smoked beef was to die for, and I couldn't get enough of the soufflé! The staff was very welcoming and attentive throughout our time at Ardtara, which made the experience fantastic!

My partner and I had a wonderful overnight stay at Ardtara this week to celebrate our 7th anniversary. It was our first visit, and we absolutely loved it. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly special and welcomed. The entire place was beautifully decorated and had a cozy atmosphere. I particularly appreciated the fire that was lit in our room. Our dinner was delicious, and breakfast was just as delightful—every bite was a treat from start to finish! I highly recommend this place!

Exceptional food and service so it's easy to see why we're regulars. I stumbled across Ardtara Country House 6 years ago and we've repeatedly enjoyed the luxurious accommodation and quality food. Having now moved here we have enjoyed regularly dining at the restaurant. It's very easy to see why it's received so may awards with the combination of accommodation, wonderful staff and service and world class chef cooking incredible cuisine.

I enjoyed a lovely and relaxed breakfast with my daughter. The staff was attentive and courteous. The venue and its surroundings were wonderful. Overall, I would rate the service a 5 and the location a 5 as well. Highlights of the hotel include its luxury, stunning views, a peaceful atmosphere, and excellent value. I visited for afternoon tea after a team-building event, and it was absolutely fantastic! The food, staff, and ambiance were all top-notch. The afternoon tea was the best I've ever had. I would rate the service a solid 5 out of 5, as well as the location. Overall, this hotel offers great value.

We stayed 1 night in a superior room. The room was very treat fully decorated and beautiful view out into the grounds. The Taster menu with wines was outstanding every course was delicious and the pairing of the wine excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will go back.

Stunning place , beautiful surroundings, excellent food and service, nothing is too much bother, had fantastic nights sleep in comfortable bed , would highly recommend it for lovely relaxing time . Thank you all for the lovely welcome xx

Had an excellent Sunday lunch at Ardtara yesterday...such a relaxed and peaceful ambience with wonderful service. Leah has such a special way with her..a real wee gem and the food was outstanding...Highly recommend a visit to Ardtara Réservez une table maintenant
