Arkins Sweet Bbq Pit

This is my second time coming here. I came here around 1:00 for lunch. This place was jamming with people ordering food and waiting for their food. I ordered the half and half sandwich it has half brisket and half pulled pork with a side of baked beans. I take a bite out of my sandwich it tasted like pure heaven. The meat was so juicy and tender. Delicious. The baked beans had a nice flavor to them. I have got to cone back here mire often. The staff was very nice.

The brisket, the Amish smoked BBQ chicken and roasted potatoes are to die for! The whole offering of their menu is simply great! Due to is Arkins' great food and the pandemic, the wait is long, but worth it. The best days to go is the next day or two after their closing days, food seems to be its freshest then! And the proprietor, Arkin is the best! Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to some Arkins!!!!

Let me starting by saying the bbq chicken and pulled porked were good but the sides are horrendous! The cornbread had corn in it and no flavor, the Mac cheese had no flavor just cheese, the sauce was open pit warmed up the greens gross! The meat im honestly craving right now and will just order meat only! Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Not many places can get the 5 stars from me but this place definitely has the best bbq I've had from a carry out place. Brisket was awesome. Smoked chicken was delicious. That sauce is crack and the sides were decent. And who can resist Texas toast? Yep definitely going back

I came here after Covid19 restrictions were lifted. We sat in the back patio during a beautiful day. The one thing I didn't like was that our server was very clueless about checking if we were good. We waited over 30 minutes just to get water or drinks.
