The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. The air conditioning worked effectively, and the beds were comfortable. The refrigerator was a good size, which was a nice addition! However, I rated it a 3 because the front desk staff at the hotel were quite rude. Both ladies I interacted with were unfriendly and seemed annoyed when I asked them questions. Additionally, we ordered pizza from the restaurant, and it was not good. While the rest of the menu might be fine, we only tried the pizza and found the crust to be quite disappointing. Based on this experience, I wouldn't choose to stay here again.
My room was somewhat outdated, but it was clean and offered good value compared to other hotels in the area. Any issues I had were quickly resolved, and the staff exceeded my expectations. However, there isn't a guest laundry available, which is disappointing since many guests stay long-term for work. The restaurant is quite good, and the prices are reasonable. I would definitely stay here again, and most likely will, but I may need to spend a day or two at the newer hotel to do laundry, as there isn't a laundromat in town either.
We have been frequent guests of the Armada Inn, have only wonderful comments! The rooms are affordable, CLEAN, and comfortable. The staff are very accommodating and very helpful, in the rooms and the restaurant. AND THEN THERE'S THE FABULOUS FOOD! BEST PLACE ON HIGHWAY 14. Thanks Armada. P S
Rooms are fairly dated, but the WIFI is fast, the beds soft, and the rooms are ACTUALLY vacuumed and the carpets washed periodically it seems. You?d expect rooms from the 70s to smell as such, but these aren?t one bit musty. Front desk staff are fast, and professional. Will stay again. Réservez une table maintenant
I always forget that I am NOT like the fries here....I LOVED my reubs though, it was delicious with the severity.... my uncle enjoyed their extremely thin crust Mexican pizza with the additional pineapple I am personally NOT a fan of thin crust, Mom enjoys the burgers here!!
