I had read good reviews about Aroma our new Indian suburban restaurant and thought we'd have a family birthday here. Plenty of space for a large table and a lazy Susan made the dishes easy to share. Though the restaurant was certainly not busy service was a little slow and dishes didn't all come out at the right time... all food was delicious though but the lassie super sweet. Staff mobile phone ringing behind unattended desk annoyed me a little but heck we all have the culprits dominating our lives :) This is a new restaurant with new staff after all. It is located in Isaacs local shops. Plenty of free parkings. The restaurant ambience was good for a restaurant in local shops. Service was friendly and efficient. Entries were very impressive we thought we found an exceptional restaurant, until the main arrived. They all tasted pretty much the same, salty but significantly lack of spice. Main serves were very small but this is no difference to most of the Indians in Canberra.
We were given a Dinner voucher for 2 by a friend and on arrival were "greeted" by a surly lass who took our order. She refused to swap the 'soft drink' offered in the package for tea or coffee for extra payment, wanted an extra 50 cents for spiced rice and gave us half the promised dessert promised in the package as they has 'just run out'! Will never go to this place again or recommend it to any one.

We had a business meeting on Tuesday night . The food was awesome with authentic taste of India and me and my all colleges enjoy their friendly service and food . Good atmoshere and good view. 10/10 will highly recommend.????????
Unable to get in contact at all with the shops owners, had bought a living social voucher to try this place but it's now obviously closed. Facebook page down, completely MIA from the communications department. Such a shame
What more can you really ask for? Chilled out cafe, beautiful spring day and some clean, fresh and well prepared breakfast treatsa perfect combo.

Great food and presentation. Enjoyed everything. Mixed platter entree very tasty had as medium strength curry.
Nice place. Coffee is pretty good, just not as awesome as some would have you think.
I'll go back again.
