It seems to be frequented mainly by officials who have been handed their positions through family connections, while many in minority groups are perceived as lacking motivation due to the advantages of nepotism enjoyed by the dominant group. There’s also a noticeable issue with heavy drinking among the patrons, which ultimately leads to serious health problems and increased medical expenses that affect taxpayer rates. It raises the question: who is really benefiting here?
This is a classic, family-run establishment that unfortunately shows its age. I'm hesitant to touch the bar, as I'm worried about getting splinters. The venue is in dire need of some renovations. With a bit of investment and creativity, it could truly become a hidden gem. The location is excellent, and I must say, the bartender on Monday nights (Jack) is exceptional.
I had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The place was clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive whenever I needed assistance. They also have a pool table, which is a nice touch. The music selection was diverse and enjoyable.
This is not a place you would come to from outside the town. It’s hole in the wall with stools at the bar to drink. but the charm is the history of being a hole in the wall. That’s it ....
