My favorite place for pastrami in the Montebello area is Arrys - you can't go wrong with their sandwiches. They load up their sandwiches with extra pastrami, which I love. I'm a big guy and can only finish half of the sandwich, so I save the other half for the next day. I enjoy eating mine with their spicy pickled carrots, which are delicious. I go there about once a month and it never disappoints me. My wife tried their grilled chicken salad and even that was delicious. Both of us love it - gordito approved!
I have been visiting this restaurant since I was a child and the food has always been excellent. It is my favorite spot for chili cheese fries, as I have not been able to find any place that makes them as well as they do here. The burgers are also incredibly tasty, and the pastrami is a must-try. The service is fast as well, with your food ready in just a few minutes.
I tend to schedule blood draws across the street from this place early in the morning so I tend to stop by and get breakfast. The breakfast just hits the spot (ham and eggs), no complaints. I really like the potatoes/hash that is served here (chunky potatoes). Staff is also very friendly, highly recommend stopping by here.
This restaurant is the ideal spot for delicious pastrami sandwiches that are large enough to share, especially when paired with chili cheese fries. The service is quick, whether you choose to dine in or use the drive-thru. Patience is key, but the food is definitely worth the wait!

I have been coming to this restaurant since 2017, as it is conveniently located near my workplace. The Pastrami sandwich is delicious and the combo meal includes plenty of fries and a medium drink.
Since Highschool this has been thee burger spot to hit if your gonna be in the area! Often imitated but definitely never duplicated. Great food st great prices. (Chili cheese fries are amazing)
This is by far the best pastrami sandwich Ever. The picture below shows you how much pastrami goes on one sandwich!
The pastrami is thinly sliced and not overly salty, and the portion size is amazing.
