Arthur Treachers Fish Chips

I came here to get fish and I was disappointed. Food was DISGUSTING. I called back and spoke with a woman there and she told me that there is nothing wrong with their food. I explained to her that when I bit into the fish, the batter was grainy and she denied it and told me that if I don?t like it, don?t come again. I?m not sure why she became so defensive. I wasn?t rude. I?m more annoyed that they would think serving this is acceptable I wouldn?t suggest anyone visit this establishment. It?s never good when a business talks to a customer like this. Fish shouldn?t look like this on the inside.

This was my first visit to the East Islip Pudgies and it wasn't a good experience. The pieces of chicken were extremely small and they didn't have any taste. The Selden store chicken was a lot bigger than the East Islip store. I will not be ordering from the East Islip again.

Me and a friend went to Arthur Treachers for fish and chips for the first time and it didn't disappoint. very good all around. would recommend.

this place is great. the hush puppies are delish. we also ordered 30 wings and fries with brown engraving. big wings. up there!
