Food was great employees were great other guest can't park to save there lives and take up 4 spots leaving no where for other patrons to park there vehicles but that has nothing to do with the amazing food and service. Parking: Guests have zero clue how to park and take up 4 spots for a single car. There was a number of spots taken up like this when we were there. Service: Dine in
This was my first time ordering from this restaurant and it was the worst chicken parm I have ever had. When I called to complain, they put me on hold indefinitely, so I had to drive back to get a refund. I also gave an $8 tip for delivery. Overall, I rate their delivery service and meal quality as 1 out of 5. The price per person for dinner was $30-50.
We were thrilled to find that Art's is still the same after a 10-year absence, and the pizza was just as delicious as we remembered. Living in Watertown for most of our lives, we regularly enjoyed a weekly Art's pizza. We only wish we could have brought some back to Florida! Thank you, Steve, for all the wonderful years in the community.
Honestly, the worst pizza I have ever tasted in my life was served at this restaurant. Both my mom and I dislike wasting food, but we just couldn't bring ourselves to finish this pizza. Sue at the bar was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The takeout pizza was tasty! Service was for takeout, meal type was dinner, and the price per person ranged from $10 to $20. We recommend trying the regular pizza.
I spent $53 on wings and bruschetta bread at this restaurant, but unfortunately everything was undercooked. I had a good experience here before, but I will not be returning after this disappointing meal.
