Shabby dirty, worn carpeting, vinyl worn down to the padding on the chairs. Service was very poor the waitress couldn't remember who ordered what, had no training in service kept interrupting conversations, had no idea what they had in stock for beverages. The food was awful I ordered a mushroom dish that was bland, my salad's tomatoes were gritty and flavourless and there were huge chunks of red onion, the naan was burned and bitter. Wouldn't take my salad off despite me telling the waitress I didn't like it as they would have to get the manager, they aren't allowed to take anything off Go up the road to Beyond India.
the quality of food/courses was very bad and not authentic. the chicken in butter huhn was hard and rubbery with pieces gelatine. panner in panner butter masala was almost invisible. curry was Tick-Tomaten base with absolute authenticity or quality. mild curry like sweet and medium very hot, nothing in between. this is one of the worst Indian restaurant foods I have eaten and even compared to local takeaway corners that calculate the fraction of the price. Water feature had mold and sofa seats were stained. will not recommend this place to everyone. not surprised that it has not won any awards since 2012.
‘Gone off’ food, poor service and arrogant staff Visited Arya yesterday, below is the highlight items did not arrive as ordered staff and manager Arrogant an item was gone off staff refused to replace the item initially Arya even attempted to charge us for ‘gone off’ food item which was sent back ruined the occasion staff not even apologetic disgusted with the overall experience We had similar experience twice before but still gave them benifit of doubt third time. Never going back there.
that's the worst experience you can ever have. the restraining is for everything against the Indian renters of hospitality, extremely rude, eating is average and the owner cannot stand any criticism. when the complaining about the lack of aeration in 30 degrees tempo threatened to call politicists on us, only because we complained as a group. there is no option for 0 stars, otherwise that would have been a choice for me.

When a place has been around for as long as they have, you know they must be doing something right. The curries here are delicious. The garlic naan is but I think it must be the type of flour they use, it gave me the worst stomache ache. Apart from that the the rice and curries are great.
absolute disgusting customer service, illmannered, arrogant and rude management and hopeless food. completely ruined the employment with complete disregard of the embarassung and humiliation caused by them. poor catering service ever. I want to give zero or NEGATIVE stars.
The meal at Arya was delicious and the service was excellent I would highly recommend this restaurant and will go again, I consider myself a bit of a foody and this restaurant besides good food I'd recommended for reasonable prices and great service.
avoid arya so they served a 3-tier high-time cake they do not know how they treat their customers they can only edit small amounts poor service rude owner a whole high time when they ran out of eating had hardly any employees.
