you have to go! this is a fantastic restaurant and one that should be very high on everyone's list for eating. it gives itself very well to different settings, so it is perfect for business dinner or a meal with friends and family. this has a lot to do with the excellent layout and design, which is obvious as soon as they first look at the building. I went with my family on a Saturday afternoon and we had luck enough to have the table in the corner overlooking the kitchen pass that was added to the atmosphere and improved the experience. the food was not good, I had the classic burger of the ascot grill, which was beautifully presented and tasted just as well. the staff was very friendly and...
it is always exciting to visit new restaurants for the first time. You never know what you'll discover. the cordial greeting of our party that we entered into this restaurant was a great start in a fun lunch. ascot is a small town in berkshire about 25 miles west of london. ascot's main claim on ruhm is its nearby rennn route, which houses the annual royal ascot events. the ascot grill is located near the city centre and just a few minutes walk from the nearby railway station. there is a free parking both in front and behind the restaurant.

I went two weeks ago into this restaurant and the reservation to pay the bill that I thought this place was the first class. the food and service were very exemplary and we were prepared for it. the lammsteak was and the black starter was very good and for this restaurant, which is grouped with bluebells (one of the most renowned restaurants in the opposite), the meal was a good value for money and without hesitation would come back here again. absolutely brilliant effort from heather, loic and the rest of the team there.
Perfection !!. We have been several times to Ascot Grill and it just gets better and better ! London Broiler every bit as good as Chateaubriand ,salads ,veg,fat (proper)chips and mash all perfectly cooked too.The atmosphere created by friendly and not over attentive staff as well as the background music is relaxed and very comfortable .(Love the decor too !)Great wine list ...try NZ Pinotage ..Mmmmm! lisa. we had the most beautiful food we had for a long time without going to london, the black starter was amazing, so much we tried to make it home and just do it! we shared chateaubriande for the main who was actually orgasm, definately recommend it! there were 22 of us and we were loud and demanding, but they were wonderful and were very attentive. but above all eating was fantastic, definately go back, but next time!
DOH. My wife and I have now been to the Ascot Grill a couple of times, once by ourselves and once with a larger group of friends. On both occasions we had a fantastic meal and everyone else seemed to enjoy their meals as well. Service as good and staff very friendly. Looking forward to going back again soon, it's nice to have a restaurant like this in the area and if you are a lover of steaks it's really worth a visit.
Amazing Steak.. We went to the Ascot Grill last night for my birthday and it was really good food. The steak was by far the best I have had for a long time. The Manager i recognised from Bluebells in Sunningdale (AMAZING RESAURANT) and it turns out that the Ascot Grill and Bluebells are owned by the same Group. Thats explains the good service. Cool trendy look. We will be back asap.
