This charming smokehouse offers a truly delightful experience. There’s only one window for serving, which adds to its quaint charm, and diners can enjoy a lovely view while they eat. Although there are a few tables available, it’s a great spot to grab a quick bite. I tried the cold smoked salmon in a warm brown roll. At first glance, it seemed a bit pricey, but once I saw the generous thickness of the salmon slices, it felt worthwhile. The smokiness isn’t overpowering, offering a wonderful texture instead. It’s a fantastic stop for fresh seafood and hand-smoked delicacies!

I found this on a nice day tour to aldeburgh. oh, wow! the selection on the counter is fantastic. a lot of choice. we had one of the Sharing boxes that had a little of everything in. I can be restless with my fishing (in contrast to my man), but I tried everything. everything I can say is excellent! especially the aal, pickled herings lachs and thunfisch. a good value for money. on the way back to the car we took even more fish after home, it was good

Wow! Despite the bustling Easter weekend, the food here was absolutely perfect. The smoked salmon on the cream cheese and smoked salmon roll was incredibly tender and delectable. The smoked prawns were juicy and full of flavor. This restaurant deserves a Michelin star, if not at least three! The server was also very friendly. Highly recommended!

Instantly went back for third tub of smoked prawns with garlic mayo because it’s so so good! Salmon was amazing too with generous amount of cream cheese : would highly recommend, all quality smoked fish. We even got some hot smoked salmon to bring back to Cambridgeshire as a souvenir, look forward to have it on our salad. Réservez une table maintenant

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The selection of smoked fish was outstanding, and the noon tarts were particularly delightful. The full smoked squid was excellent, served with cream and cheese in a light, crispy crust. Go ahead and treat yourself; you definitely won't regret it!

Both had the smoked salmon and cream cheese rolls and the smoked salmon was delicious soft, tasty and delicately flavoured. Overall quite rich for such a small looking lunch! Being on the beach really makes it.

Really great fish! I had the smoked salmon sandwich (pictured) and the smoked mackerel fillet. Absolutely delicious. You just need to bring your own cutlery unless you fancy eating smoked fish with your hands.
