We visited on a Saturday night, called ahead to book a table for 5. When we arrived there was only a table for 4 and the staff were very unorganised. I asked if I should just pull up another chair and the staff nodded. I sat propped on the end of a 4 seater table with my knees knocking against a friend 's. The decor was nice, but didn 't look well kept. There were stains on the tablecloth and we noticed an old food stain on one wall. If we 'd had another option to eat with short notice on a Saturday night we 'd have left then. But with little options we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. We’ve eaten here a few times and know it’s a consistently nice place to eat. The main reason for this review is the level of customer care we experienced tonight. Unfortunately a customer was taken ill during our visit and even though it was our waiter’s first night there, he handled the situation with a cool head and all the staff came together to aid the poor guy who was awaiting paramedics, whilst making sure the rest of the customers were ok. Their professionalism was outstanding throughout what was no doubt a high stress situation.Aside from this, the food is always extremely fresh, full of flavour and well presented. We reserved a table for a party of seven on October 24th last year for a celebratory meal on Saturday, January 11th. However, upon arrival, we were informed that there was no reservation. The staff suggested that we should have called to confirm prior to our reservation, though this was never mentioned when we initially booked. There was no apology offered for the mistake. Disappointed by the poor customer service, especially considering it was entirely their fault, we decided to take a taxi home. The taxi driver also shared a similar experience where his reservation was not found.
After waiting 20 minutes, the waiter finally asked for drinks (not for food). After 2 cokes with no ice and no gas, we had to wait 1 hour to be served. We were promised a discount on the papadoms that never came. Food was ok, but nothing special and overpriced. The kitchen was slow and the service terrible. If you are looking for a place to get drunk cheap (you can bring your own alcohol) while waiting for a not special at all meal, this is the right place.

I must admit I've only ever used Asiana for takeaways. My daughter recommended it to me and since then I've visited about 8 or 9 times. I have always found the food excellent and the staff very friendly. They use proper chicken too! Not that pasty, pumped full of water chicken you find in many takeways. Obviously can't comment on the restaurant itself but if you want a great takeaway give them a try
They have stopped the BOB so you can tell this used to be a big feature of the restaurant, due to less people in it. Food was lovely however and would recommend visiting. Pricing was fair as well.
The service at this restaurant was a little slow, but the food was delicious. If you don't mind waiting a bit, it's worth it. The lemonade was flat, but that's okay! The curry was fantastic.

The restaurant offers delicious food and excellent service in a friendly atmosphere. The best part is that you can bring your own drink, making it a great value for the price.
Lovely food. Service was a little slow but the food was tasty and hot. Will definitely go back soon
