Ask Italian Basingstoke

I went to italia in basingstoke yesterday with some friends. the starter and the drinks were really good, but my pasta court and other girls at my table were unfortunately quite bad (it happened! . worked for many years in restaurants and busy with complaining all the time, I said nothing to our server when she seemed busy and didn't want to disturb her. when the bill came, she took mine and the other girls pasta dishes off when she noticed that we didn't eat them. the girl is petite with long escapes, I just wanted to thank because that was a really nice gesture and her service was so good!

Amazing Italian food!! Portions good be a bit bigger, I left still leaving a little hungry but I had an enjoyable meal. The restaurant was totally empty when we went but I don’t know why because it was good. The staff brought us the wrong bill which is a bit frustrating, but it worked out in the end and they fixed their problem. Would definitely return

claire was our waitress tonight and really helped us to have a relaxed evening, I had dramas with a gift voucher, but she treated us very quiet and really wanted us to have a great night we did. meal was tasteful and cocktails were delicious! many thanks again we will visit again soon

today my 5 years old son and I went to an early lunch. all employees were very attentive, service was smooth and professional. the food was delicious, abundant and freshly prepared. would definitely recommend everyone. many thanks to all smiley hardworking employees. Réservez une table maintenant

On our most recent visit, they were out of vegan cheese so vegan pizzas were not available. I wonder if the same would happen with regular cheese? Overall, the food was tasty and the staff was welcoming.

it was nice and the food was good, but the waitress was just standing with a chat while we waited a while to order only a drink to start with. not enough people work on a Friday.
