When did service stop trying to ensure that their customers have a nice time? Met a very rude manager as soon as we arrived. We had been advised by someone during a lunch shift certain seating arrangements were possible that did not apply for an hour later during the dinner sitting. Rather than apologise for giving different information and politely explaining why she was argumentative, defensive and well, were they they the manager? NO, they were not , which I just couldn 't believe was our first 'I 'm right you 're wrong ' encounter before even sitting down. Firstly, the young man who came along to take our order was excellent. No complaints there. We lived in Faversham from 2013-2021 (then moved to Devon). We drove up to Kent yesterday stopped off in Faversham to stay the night. Decided to pop into Ask as my husband spotted they give a 20% discount to ex Forces with a Military discount card. The young man checked with his manager advised that we needed to print out a voucher to receive the discount on our food order. Mmm. Passing trade. Mmm. Printing out wasn't an option! Nice Italian restaurant in the centre of Faversham. There is a lovely spacious courtyard, which is dog friendly (not sure about indoors), but the interior is also spacious with a nice decor, being in an old converted building. Despite being a corporate chain, the food is authentically Italian, well priced and tasty. The service is friendly welcoming, without being too intrusive. I would recommend booking, as it’s popular.
If you enjoy heavily oily dishes, then this restaurant may be for you. The "Rosemary roast potatoes" were more like wedges drenched in oil rather than roasted potatoes. The fish also appeared to be swimming in oil. The restaurant was not very crowded, but on a positive note, the service was decent, despite some confusion with the Ask e gift card by the waiter. Overall, I would not choose to dine here again.

What a great lunch, food was very good, service was polite and very friendly. Everything was lovely and clean. There is nothing but praise for our experience. Our waitress was very helpful and the times between seating and order taking was prompt and the courses came out in good time. We will certainly revisit. The food all tastes hot and fresh. Thank you to the whole team
Service depends on who you get. Sat outside in pleasant courtyard area. Warm Sunny day. Asked to go inside as not enough staff. Told 45 minutes delay for service. Replied ok but would like drinks and perhaps some olives while we waited. Told not possible. We left.
Stopped here for lunch. Helpful friendly staff. Clean premises. The food is great. Outdoor seating area is lovely, shaded, and plenty of seating. Indoors lots of seating as well. Toilets very clean. Will visit again
The food at this restaurant is exceptional, and the waitresses are delightful, friendly, and attentive. They also have a good selection of wines, beers, and desserts that are to die for.
