Starter: it was tasty but was not as described. I had the goats cheese option and it states on the menu it is with candied walnuts, these were no where to be seen and were definitively required for texture on the dish. Other than that both starters were good. Main: unfortunately my chicken was as dry as old boots! It was inedible. I did return it to the waiter and nothing was said about it or whether I’d like something else. The atmosphere was awful! I felt like I was in the Twilight zone, no music, too large a restaurant for the amount of people using it. It seemed most people were there on the package deal so very little effort was put in. We were not staying at the hotel and the food on the menu did not stand up to the price charged. It was pretty cold but seemed there was no point complaining as the staff seemed very uninterested. I returned a bottle of coke as it smelt and tasted cheesey, weird I know, but the waiter just laughed and replaced it. Certainly would not return.
Menu available at night not the same as the menu advertised and prices also increased. The menu has just been changed and not updated, much less options and some items are not available. Food ordered was good, although might have been hotter. Children's buffet not a wide choice and food also warm. £7 for 2 very small blades ice cream for their selection of ice creams dessert option. Staff helpful and table service was good and a nice atmosphere, but the food was disappointing.
The staff at this restaurant are highly professional and accommodating. The food was incredibly delicious, especially the chicken dish. The only small suggestion for improvement would be to offer a wider variety of hot drinks during breakfast, maybe including a coffee machine. Overall, our experience was very good and we look forward to visiting again in the future.

Haggi enjoyed the starter at the restaurant. However, the beef head dish lacked flavor. The service was subpar as no one checked if we wanted another drink, and most other tables seemed swamped. We had to remind the waitress that the dessert was supposed to come with pistachio ice cream. Overall, we were not satisfied and do not plan to return.
We met with 4 employees, only one felt welcoming. The food was basically frozen over foods that were calculated at an extorted price and the selection was up to much. Had another family that was the same Wont was back.
We had a fantastic dining experience with our young son at this restaurant. It was wonderful to enjoy some delicious adult dishes while our son savored fish fingers and chips. The service was friendly and quick.
The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere, my partner and I enjoyed our meal while staying over in the hotel. Staff were very accommodating and well presented. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Excellent quality of food and perfect portion sizes. Staff were really helpful and the restaurant had a good buzz and relaxed ambiance. Very family friendly too.
