Yesterday, we decided to have Sunday lunch while out shopping in Aber. Despite not having a reservation, the barman kindly offered us a table for two either in the restaurant or the bar. We chose the bar, as it had a wonderful atmosphere. We both ordered the Sunday roast, which was reasonably priced at £13.50 each. The food arrived promptly and was delicious - fresh and flavorful. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the manager went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. The Guinness was one of the best I've ever had, and at £4.40 a pint, it was reasonably priced compared to the inflated prices at our local establishments in New Quay. We will definitely be returning...
Before we even arrived at the restaurant, I received a premature phone call asking about our arrival time, which was 20 minutes before our reservation. Upon our arrival, the waiter was extremely rude and impolite, making us feel unwelcome and inconvenienced by our presence. Throughout the meal, he repeatedly addressed me as "sweetie," which made some members of our group uncomfortable. Additionally, he began clearing the table while we were still eating, without checking if I had finished my meal. Finally, he appeared eager to rush us out of the restaurant by moving tables and signaling his desire to close up. This restaurant is absolutely terrible and not worth the price. The kids' menu is way too expensive for the low quality of food you get, and the overall price and food quality are terrible. It has definitely declined in quality over the past few years. I would not recommend this place, you would be better off cooking at home.
After a day taking my grandmother shopping around Aberystwyth we decided to stop at Harry’s for Sunday lunch. Portion size was great, food was cooked really well and the service was friendly and quick. Well worth the visit for a Sunday lunch.

This was a recommend from the camp site. Lovely large portions and good value both for food and drinks. Hubby tried chilli and I got the panini- few mins and was in front of us. Pleasant bar person, thank you for recommendation
Good tasty food friendly staff very attentive and the bistro area was spotlessly clean, do not be put off by the bar the food is good value and the drinks are reasonable but it is a sports bar so a bit of noise is expected
Went there with a group of friends for Xmas dinner . Ordered vegan meal for me mine was very disappointed with mine , very , very expensive for what it was . Emailed them twice and no response very rude
Lovely breakfast at Harry’s restaurant. The food was really tasty and you could help yourself to tea and coffee as well as juices. They even helped me with a takeaway breakfast.

Sunday lunch was amazing son had turkey and I had beef plenty of food took home a carryout box as was very large portions would recommend
Fantastic Sunday lunch we had a lovely family meal plenty of choice and excellent service will definitely be going back
