At The Office - Réserver une table

First time ever going there this past Sunday with my guy he used to frequent the place. For me it was a hit and miss. That night it wasn't overly crowded but it was a very loud bunch in the place. Our waitress was very nice but she was focused more onthe tables behind us instead of coming to our table to help us. The food was good but the floors could use detail of attending.Nice price for what we got. Steak burger salad for him. Appetizer of onion rings mozzarella sticks and shrimp tacos for me. Riceand beans on the side had really nice flavor. I will give them a second chance and go back again. The waiter Jodi failed to bring me water after asking on several occasions, she?s decided to bring it with the bill. Our meals were served cold. I?m not a fan and will not ever dine there again. Luckily the business adds a gratuity to subtotals over100.00 or she would have felt my disappointment in her tip. She didn?t deserve the 18%tip. Word of advise Jodi, I normally tiphalf of what my bill is, so in the meantime you might want to brush up on your customer service skills little girl because thereare other people out here tip well too. Brush up your act so you don?t mess up your tips. ????????

Service was very slow and there were only a handfull of patrons in this establishment. We only had a few beers and 3 straight drinks. When we get our bill there were errors. We had had the server correct the number of beers but she would not take off theupcharge of $12 for adding ICE to the scotch. Also an upcharge of $6 of no ice on the tequilla shot. This is just stealingfrom customers. Then she added a 20% tip. Really?! Not my kind of place.

First time coming here 9/17 was not impressed. Hostess gave 2 other Caucasian tables menus before us and we sat down 5 min before them. Food was average, nothing special. The only good thing about our experience was our server Jordan. He was great andattentive. Very welcoming unlike the hostess. The reviews are true. If you are black or brown you will be frowned upon and notwelcomed.
