My reservation was at 1:15pm. Arrived at 1pm. They pointed at the table and said my table is here. I was confused, so just took my parents and sat them myself. There were only two people working so after sitting for 5 long minutes a server came and introduced herself. She pointed to the other room and said help myself. The prime rib was cold. There was less than a dozen crab legs and through the time I was there they never filled them again. I had to flag a server every time I needed a fill of water. They never checked in on me. I had to wait to find another server to get my check. For $250, I think this was way over priced and didn't make for a Happy mothers day. I would be hard pressed to...
The indoor dining experience at the crowded players club was far too noisy to enjoy a meal. Despite having made a reservation, the only available table inside was completely unacceptable. We decided to eat outside, but there was no service staff available. Instead, we had to order from the snack bar, and the only positive aspect of this “special” birthday lunch was the extremely helpful staff member at the snack bar. We managed to have a quiet lunch on the patio overlooking the golf course – that is, until a leaf blower was brought in to clear the area. We won’t be coming back.
This was my first visit to Tustin Ranch Golf Club, and it's likely to be my last. They really need a manager who knows what they're doing. No one I spoke with could explain how I was able to reserve a table when the entire restaurant was already booked. However, I had no issues with the lounge staff—they performed their duties exceptionally well under the circumstances. Someone at a higher level needs to consider applying for a position as a busboy or a bagger at Ralphs.
Open Table booked this reservation, only for us to arrive and find the restaurant was closed to the public due to having a wedding party in there. We ate in the bar, which was crowded and noisy instead. Not a great first experience there. Why did Open Table accept our reservations???

We visited for a Mother's Day brunch, and while the food was decent, it wasn't worth the price. Considering the cost, I expected exceptional service, but I struggled to get drink refills, which should be a simple task at a buffet. I recommend saving your money.
My one complaint is that the avocado in my salad was old and brown, but I did not say anything to the server because I nevertheless enjoyed it very much. My friend enjoyed her quesadilla, the service was excellent, and the ambience is lovely.
The food was good. There were not enough servers to handle the guests. It was a brunch but it was difficult to get a drink or have used our plates taken away. Everyone was very nice but it was a good but not great experience
We arrived at the dining room and there was a big sign that said Private Party was a little frustrated to see it however we went to the Players Lounge and had a great lunch on their patio.

Excellent experience celebrating Mother’s Day brunch. Attentive service despite how busy they were, excellent selection of food.
As always, an excellent Brunch From a retired member.
