Disgusting customer service. Both my partner and I found broken glass in our drinks. When we told the staff about this, they did not apologize and instead seemed to be suggesting that we had put the broken glass inside our own drinks. They thought it was suspicious we found broken glass in our drinks towards the end of our meal. They were adamant the glass had not come from them, with a smirk on their face explained it was impossible . As compensation we got the cost of the drinks off our bill £2.60 for lemonade and £0.0 tap water saving us the grand total of £2.60). If we were con artists I 'm sure we would have had aimed a little higher than that. Appalling service. If the broken glass hasn 't come from them or us. I can only assume that one of the staff had intentionally put broken glass in our drinks. By the way that the staff and the manager spoke to us I can 100% believe they put glass in our drinks. What else could they be capable of? Side note food is completely over priced. Go elsewhere

Hit and miss I'm afraid. Food was excellent. Service poor. Pricy even without the service charge added. Not allowed to swap out the rice for chips for the children, so had extra expense and wasted food. Pity as nice location, good size inside for large groups.

Lovely restaurant. We had dinner for the first time, and we weren't disappointed at all. The food was super tasty, the service was quick, and all waiters were friendly and professional. I would come back.

5 star experience, staff very welcoming, great quality food served fresh and hot Great service and value for money, would visit again

One of the best design restaurants. We had no problem with being served. The food was good and the staff was excellent
