Great food and service. For such a small and café like setting, I was very impressed with the quality and taste. We tried the pita fries, the tomato dip, the chicken souvlaki, the gyro dip sandwich, and the fish and chips. Everything had the right Greek seasonings, and the pita bread that was with the meal seemed made in house and very fresh. Our server was taking care of all the other tables as well as us, but she did a great job. One of the owners was also working, and he was incredibly friendly and talkative. Fresh food, large portion sizes, clean restaurant inside and out. Definitely recommend! My Dad and I visited Athens Corner Grill over the weekend and enjoyed it so much! We were immediately greeted when we walked in, the menu is large with a lot of variety. Dimos came over and introduced himself and gave his recommendations. My Dad had the lamb beef gyro platter and I had the chicken souvlaki platter. We both had the lemon potatoes and Greek salads and they did not disappoint! All the food was so fresh and cooked to perfection. So many desserts to choose from, but of course we had to share a baklava. We will definitely become regular patrons. Highly recommend!
this place is a little jewel. our eating was delicious, and the staff was very pleasant and attentive. customer service super. eating was fresh, loved the tzatziki and pita. chicken and lemon potatoes. can not forget the BAKLAVA...serves warm with whipped cream made a delicious dessert that melts in the mouth. hubby wanted to lick the plate. ? the atmosphere was original, happy, and we could say that the locals of this restaurant often and love the people there. when we live close, we would be back. if we visit this way again, we know where we go to eat and enjoy the company. for the owner and the personal they do what they do here.
This restaurant is a hidden gem. The food was delicious and the staff were extremely pleasant and attentive. The customer service was excellent. The food was fresh, especially enjoyed the tzatziki and pita. The chicken and lemon potatoes were tasty. This is a fantastic place to have a delicious meal. I started with the fried green tomatoes as a starter and then had a chicken souvlaki sandwich with fries. Both dishes were absolutely delicious. The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure my dining experience was enjoyable, especially since I was eating alone. If you're in the Roanoke area, do yourself a favor and give this place a try. You won't be disappointed.

I have the fried green tomaten as an appetizer and a chicken soupaki sandwich with fries. both dishes were delicious. the personal was amazing for me, they saw that I was eating solo and made my experience very comfortable. give this place a try when they are in the roanoke area. they will not be disappointed.
It was such a wonderful experience coming here. They were attentive and helpful. Our food came out in a very reasonable time frame. The fries were amazing. They also seem to make a lot of the food from scratch which makes it even better. I know I was hungry when we ate there but we did love what we got. It was everything a restaurant used to be.
