This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It's an embarrassment to the Hilton brand and the prices are ridiculous for what should be considered a 1 star hotel at best. I'm amazed anyone who stayed here in an actual room gave it more then 1 star. First the rooms are broken down and sorely in need of repair. The one chair in the room was old, worn out and filthy. The carpet was disgusting and old. The temperature was always hot and no AC was working. The beds could barely fit 2 people and looks like mattress hadn't been replaced in 15 years. The sheets were gross and overused. The ceiling was low. No fresh air was available and our room overlooked an ugly roof with venting. The only thing...

Disappointing. First room was trashed. See pics. Bed , desk, wall lamp … broken. They got us a new one quite quickly. The new room was OK. Many areas of hotel and hallways in disrepair (missing panels, broken doors, loose hand holds in elevator, etc. No room service (don’t get tricked by the room service button on phone.. it rings to front desk.. they will tell you the stopped providing room service some time ago No working ATM or any alternative way to get cash out in this hotel. (Not very handy for a Cash Only Bar event we attended onsite Staff was nice enough. They can only do so much. Room was made up nice every day, and the hotel lounge is nice with great service.

Mark Hue is truly a wonderful place to visit. I had to wait in line for about ten minutes to find out where the microwave was, during which an inconsiderate woman was trying to extend her stay. Her behavior was completely unfair, as she seemed to blame others for her demands. However, Mark handled the situation with remarkable patience and kindness. He deserves commendation for that. I eventually decided to leave the line to avoid being around that woman. Later, when I came back down to request some towels, Mark was exceptionally courteous and promptly brought me the towels I needed to bathe my kids.

For our second and third nights, we were on the fourth floor and again selected our room through the Hilton Honors app. This room had the same layout as the previous one but was in better condition. Once again, the comfortable beds ensured a restful night. During our stay, we decided to use the hotel pool. It was mostly quiet, and there were plenty of clean towels available. The lobby bar had friendly bartenders who were attentive to guests' needs. The hotel lobby always looked and smelled clean, and the staff was fantastic. Overall, we had a great stay. The room was decent, but the hotel overall seemed to be in disrepair. The hallway had exposed bundles of Cat 5 network cabling running along the ceiling, and there were no signs indicating any ongoing maintenance. The hallways were stuffy and lacked air conditioning, giving off a musty odor. The cleaning of the room was satisfactory. However, the bed was only somewhat comfortable and could be improved. Additionally, the Wi-Fi service was poor, which is surprising for a hotel primarily catering to business travelers.

The lobby and meeting rooms were nice, but the guest rooms and hallways felt outdated and desperately needed a refresh. When we arrived, it was challenging to get bedding for the sofa bed; I eventually had to go down to the front desk and plead with the staff to provide some for the kids. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, while the king-size bed in the room was decent. The bathroom was clean, but there were plumbing issues, particularly with the lack of hot water.

We are organizing our International Symposium at Hilton from July 27th to 30th. We will be reserving over 110 rooms each night and utilizing their facilities for our events. Throughout our planning process, the Hilton team has been extremely helpful and cooperative, making a concerted effort to accommodate our needs. We appreciate their support and look forward to a successful event!

Mark at the front desk was fantastic. Upon my arrival, he greeted me warmly and was incredibly polite and helpful. He answered all of my questions and truly went above and beyond to assist me.
