I was extremely dissatisfied with my dining experience. After returning home and opening the bag, I was shocked to find only a few tasteless pieces of food that I had paid an extra $4.95 for. The salad I ordered for $13.50 was disappointing as well, with minimal ingredients and lacking the variety that I had experienced in the past. The price of $18.45 for a mediocre salad was outrageous. Although I had been a customer for some time, I had previously stopped due to the poor quality of their soups. While the food is decent, the prices are far too high for what is offered. If you're here for lunch, try the mushroom melt and an apple salad. The food was delicious and on point. It's a bit pricey, but I suppose prices are rising everywhere. I tried calling to place a catering order, but after several days of trying to get someone to answer the phone, I was told they couldn't fulfill the order due to lack of staff. I understand people have personal issues, but I was quite disappointed. However, I'm sure if they had been able to take the order, it would have been fantastic. I hope their employees will improve. We all have our struggles.
For the amount youre paying at this place you would expect high quality high end, but please dont charge me for low end products just because you ran out of the item right when I get to the window of the drive through! I ordered a whole chicken salad sandwich, regular Route 51 chips, and a large ice tea and instead was told at the window after I placed my order they ran out of those chips and charged me the same for UTZ, which is NOT high end (or clean and you can just get at Walmart! Actually I just shouldve told them to take off the chips
The food here is really good I had the mushroom and cheese on Shibata and the tomato soup in the field of greens salad. Everything was fresh and excellent and tasted great. The catering is very busy. I wanted to place a catering order and they said they were too busy to place it. I was really disappointed but I do understand that everybody is understaffed right now. today was a great day! did I stop atwater getting an salad? and they recommended to try the bright sunny poundcake bits? as a nice afternoon snack to the compliment of the salats. let's just say my taste buds had a party with how delicious everything was! atwater’s is a great place to meet someone to have a coffee meeting or meet with a friend and the customer service has always been fantastic!
Great little spot. Love the drive thru and the staff. This is one of my go to spots to take my dog, the staff is always ready to bring out a bowl of water, a biscuit and loves. Zeke is a huge fan, and I for one, agree. The lemon mini cakes make my day and my boyfriend is a huge fan of the lavender vanilla lattes.Thanks for always being to inviting and kind to us and our mutt!
The Atwater I knew before the pandemic is not the same. I used to eat here 3-4 times a week for many years since they first opened. However, now the staff is less friendly, the food quality has decreased, the salads are skimpy, and the breakfast is nothing special compared to other diners. Additionally, it is expensive for what you receive.
The ham, cheese and jam on cheddar biscuit is sooooo good for breakfast. I used to get this when I was in college, and recently ordered Atwaters to my work. It's been awhile but the sandwich is still the same as before. The chai tea latte was good as well. I'll be ordering again Réservez une table maintenant
