Empfang recht kühl aber professionnell. Tisch kann trotz wenig Gästen nicht frei ausgewählt werden. Das Essen war nur mässig warm d.h. nicht heiss und nicht kalt. Die Präsentation des Tellers zu CHF 41.00 war sicher nicht schlecht. Es stellte sich heraus, dass es sich beim servierten Fleisch nicht um Entercôte sondern um Filet handelte - leider wurde dieses Detail nicht mitgeteilt. Really great hotel in a quiet hamlet not far from many attractions! The food in the restaurant was phenomenal!! I have rarely eaten so well.
