Auberge Communale De Ballens

Sad to leave the restaurant whose cuisine we appreciate, saying never again: we called 40 minutes before to make sure there was space on the terrace. With a positive response, we went upstairs and were very kindly welcomed by a young lady who placed us. It was shortly after that that the manager arrived who asked us what time we had called and who rather rudely asked us to move out of the sheltered part of the terrace. Why didn't you tell us when booking? We left shocked by the attitude of the manager to go to a more welcoming restaurant.

What can I say other than perfect!!! Each time we are received by caring staff and owners!! It is the only restaurant where I allow myself to eat the tartare which is excellent as well as all the rest of the menu, Service: 5 Location: 5
