After 7 days in Italy and 7 days in and around Bordeaux this restaurant is the best meal we have had. My wife and I had the local beef, e35 for two and our friends had the local bird, e29.50. The beef was the best I have tried even at some great restaurants in Australia. We like it rare which is the way it came. The bird was marinated for days so the flavor was sublime. The desserts were very good and of course the wine, not over priced, make the lunch great. A young Matthieu Bost is the host and his wife is the impressive chef. It was a public holiday when we were there and they were surprised at the number of patrons. The three were run off their feet but they managed extremely well. There was no lengthy waits. I highly recommend this restaurant and the local dishes.

We decided to have lunch here and are so glad we did. Lovely atmosphere, friendly professional service and delicious meals which have been added to a select number of fine dining experiences here in France. The Manager was very helpful and recommend an amazing local wine which we loved. Thank you for this lovely experience and we will certainly return next time we visit Blayne.

Le burger de canard est très bon et fait maison. La côte de boeuf, j'étais déçu parce que j'étais trop tendeur. Niveau de tarif, je les trouve excessifs par rapport aux autres restaurants de qualité comparable. Merci de votre accueil

Dîner délicieux, nous avons pris la barre d'entrecote de gravlax saumon. Produit frais, belles assiettes, jolie et charmante serveuse. Bonne valeur pour l'argent. On y retourne.

Produit frais... frite maison...dessert maison ...franchement au top tres bon accueil adresse indispensable de la citadelle de blaye
