Auberge du Cheval-Blanc

on Tuesday evening with my friends flew to this restaurant. the place is quite busy for a week beautiful, beautifully decorated and the menu varies. I chose the barked with foie grass, it was served with chips and salat. it was cooked. to perfection and so big, I couldn't finish it, but delicious. Although we were no longer hungry, we took a piece of lemon cake and because we shared it between four of us, they served us a bigger disc. it was really nice, not the being of ordinary art that made a beautiful change. the service was ok, the waiter was not the most glamorous, but friendly enough. I recommend this restaurant if they look for a generous piece of meat and would definitely go back.

Das Weisse Pferd (Cheval Blanc) hat sehr gutes Essen zu, für Schweizer Verhältnisse, vernünftigen Preisen. Man kann draussen sitzen (verkehrsreiche Strasse) oder es sich drinnen entweder im relativ feinen Restaurant bequem machen oder auch, was wir immer machen, sich in den Gastraum (Kneipe) setzen. Wer es ungezwungen liebt, dem schmeckt dort das sehr gute Essen noch besser und ausserdem sind dort die Leute vom Ort und es ist irgendwie richtig urig. Man kann auch Karten spielen, etc. ...

Disastrous service, inedible meal, uncooked fries. The waiter removed the tomato from my plate with his fingers because even after telling them that I was allergic to tomatoes I had some on my plate… we had to serve the wine ourselves without letting us taste the bottle and we waited 1 hour between the salad and the meal…. My friend had steak tartare and was sick all weekend…. However, this restaurant has a good reputation…

the restaurant is well decorated, it was the whole middle of the week, a selection of six midday menu average frise 18.50 , good quality meat well presented without was fussy, asks staff lacking professionalism, but very helpful, Réservez une table maintenant

The first time we are so well served with the gourmet passport. And the dishes were more than good! The menus for children are huge so just be careful with little eaters.

The daily menus are very good with lots of choice of fish paste meat. Sometimes if there are a lot of people the service is quite slow. Réservez une table maintenant
