Aunt Millie's Family Bakery

My family has frequented Aunt Millie's for years. We love their double stacked burgers and the awesome pastries and baked goods. The pastry hearts, (or elephant ears as some call them), are absolutely delicious. The food is excellent, the servers are always friendly, and the interior has been updated relatively recently, (in the past few years), to give it a slightly more modern look while still being cozy on the inside. The prices are also reasonable. We love Aunt Millie's! Millie’s very much has an old school diner vibe. The kind of place you want to go for breakfast and a great cup of coffee. Our breakfast was top notch but the gravy was next level! The sage came across in just the right amount making it it perfection in my opinion. They had a vast variety of pastries as well of which we had two selections and both were fresh and delicious. I ordered the fried shrimp, and it was quite enjoyable—crispy and flavorful, so I was happy with my meal. However, the kids' food was a different experience. The kids' pizza tasted quite poor, reminiscent of something you’d find at a dollar store. The chicken fingers for kids came with two small pieces and were below average in flavor. They really need to enhance the quality of the kids' menu.

Great food and a pleasant atmosphere. We dined in for breakfast, and the price per person was around $10-20. The food quality was rated 4 out of 5, service also received a 4, and the atmosphere was similarly rated at 4. I highly recommend trying the pastries!

The staff was friendly, but the food was just average. We were seated by a window that had a lot of dust, and there was a sticky fly trap nearby that was full of flies. We probably won’t return next time.
