I usually try not to complain about restaurants, but seeing my niece disappointed made it impossible to stay quiet. She has multiple food allergies, including a severe allergy to butter. When we visited the Serramonte location previously, the staff was very helpful and prepared a plain pretzel with just salt for her. However, during our recent visit, the staff didn’t show the same willingness to assist us. They said, “We’re closing in an hour, so we can’t make anything for you,” which felt like an unfair excuse. We were potential customers, yet it seemed like they either followed a strict routine or simply didn’t care. My niece still loves Auntie Anne’s, but unfortunately, not this location.
I arrived at 7:05 PM and was informed by the staff that they had already closed at 7 PM. However, according to Google, their closing time is 9 PM every day. The lights were on, drinks were still being served, but there were no pretzels available.
I visited today and noticed that the only options available were pretzels served in cups, with no regular salted ones in sight. When I requested the staff to make some, they unfortunately declined my request.
The mini pretzels are a real treat, great to enjoy alone or alongside a hot dog. Plus, if you happen to arrive just as they’re closing, you might be lucky enough to get a free item if there are any leftovers!

The man at the counter was extremely friendly. The mini pretzels served in a cup with cinnamon were definitely worth every minute I had to spend at the gym afterwards.
I absolutely love their hotdog pretzels—they're incredibly tasty! The restaurant is immaculate, and the staff is very polite.
The food was fantastic, but they overlooked bringing my drink.
The pretzels were served without salt.
