This is the best pretzel I've ever had! I can see why they've been around for so long. The service is great, and the staff is really nice. I don’t get all the negative comments—it's hard to deny how mouthwatering the smell of their pretzels is throughout the mall!
The cashier had his phone while processing my debit card. My sister saw him take pictures of my card talked to the supervisor and she was no help at all it was bulls not dealing with this place the guy didnt even have the right to try and steal my information.
If I could give the food zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, the lowest rating available is one star. The only reason they received four stars for service is because of the cashier. As for the quality of the food, it was lacking.
They don't value customers. They allow people to cut in line simply because they want to and they can. Réservez une table maintenant
