I had a very frustrating experience at Auntie Anne's this weekend when the cashier refused to serve pretzels in a small cup, even though it was listed on the menu. I was told that the flavor I wanted was only available in the large size, despite me pointing out that another flavor was already in the smaller cup in the warmer. With a long line behind me and the employee being stubborn, I felt pressured. I can't help but wonder how many others were forced to buy a larger size than they wanted due to this high-pressure situation. This is not the level of customer service I expect from Auntie Anne's.

Absolutely terrible experience. The staff were very rude. I placed an online order 15 minutes ago, which was supposed to be ready 5 minutes before I arrived, but they had nothing prepared. They claimed they couldn’t find my order and said I needed to wait because their system was slow. After 20 minutes, they finally realized the order had gone through — the receipt was sitting right next to the counter, they had simply forgotten about it.

This review is for the Auntie Annie's by LL Bean. When I approached the staff to ask for a cup of water, I was met with rudeness; she told me she couldn't give me one. I'm not sure what their customer service standards are, but I won't be coming back to this location anytime soon. Don’t expect friendly service here.
This location needs improvement in customer service and interpersonal skills. We ordered three pretzels but didn’t receive our complimentary one, and the man at the cash register was quite rude. Overall, this experience does not represent the establishment well.
I’m puzzled by the number of negative reviews this place has received. The service was fast and outstanding, and the pretzels were served hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious!
