My family of 47 people just held an event here today in the private rooms upstairs. We’ve done this annually for many years, but today the service and food were spectacular. In previous years, it has been hit or miss. I wanted to write the review today to recognize the outstanding service provided by Melvin and Wilbert I’m not sure of the lead server’s name but he was a shorter, Latino gentleman. He was proactive, refilling our food without reminders. He was pleasant and very much on top of everything. The service was not rushed, not slow. We visited Maggiano's in Tysons Corner for the first time on March 4th, 2022. The atmosphere was very inviting, and we were delighted to have Miguel as our server. He was a pleasant young man who really took care of our dining experience. Miguel genuinely enjoys his job and ensuring customer satisfaction is his top priority. We opted for the family meal for four, and my husband couldn't stop raving about the Caesar salad and stuffed mushrooms. I thoroughly enjoyed the grilled salmon with lemon and crumbles, while our friends loved the spaghetti with marinara sauce. Overall, it was an excellent experience from the ambiance and food to the exceptional service provided by Miguel.
Staff not wearing masks. Service with Marco was horrible. Table was not set properly. There were 6 of us but only 4 chairs, 3 napkins, no water on table. When water was brought to our table, the tray had dirty glasses on it as well. We ordered champagne and they brought 1 glass short of what we requested. It took a long time and asking 2 times to get the last glass. We ordered a couple of appetizers and a salad.. the appetizers came but the salad didn't. We had to ask about the salad and it finally came with the meal. The food was mediocre at best. Then we got a different waiter at which time Marco said, he's better. Ish, our second waiter was better but the bar was low.
I recently used Maggiano's catering services for a business event and was extremely impressed. I was expecting a basic fast and convenient service, but the representative, Marta, went above and beyond to ensure that everything was set up perfectly. Marta's attention to detail was exceptional and she was very friendly. She is the events coordinator and I highly recommend her for any catering needs. I had a party yesterday with some friends of mine and we all loved it. We reserved one of the areas on the second floor and it was beautiful. The food was amazing and very filling. My mother and I loved it so much we thought of bringing my father here for his birthday. I haven't seen the rest of the area since we were mostly on the second floor but I assume it is still beautiful.
Maggiano's was a lovely and picturesque restaurant, perfect for parties and special occasions. I ordered the chicken piccata for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed the lemon flavor and presentation of the dish. Our waitress was very friendly and even surprised us with complimentary desserts. I highly recommend Maggiano's Little Italy for a delightful dining experience.
