Probably the worst experience I have had at this Magianos’s. To start off the waiters came and left very quickly not allowing us the opportunity to make any additional request or even ask for more water. My throat was dry at the end and I felt food stuck in my throat. I bought a water bottle nearby on the way out because I was in a hurry. I used to visit Maggiano's frequently and considered myself a regular customer, knowing some of the servers. However, my last visit was disappointing to say the least, and I doubt I will be returning. On a Tuesday night, my server disappeared after bringing the wrong order and the language barrier with the runner further complicated the situation. The dining experience my family and I had at this restaurant was one of the worst in a long time. We went there to celebrate a birthday, with 5 adults and 3 toddlers in our party. We were seated at 6:45pm and encountered several issues. The tables were uneven, it took our waiter 20 minutes to take our drink order, and bread was brought out at 7:30pm with no butter or plates. It took over an hour for our appetizer to arrive, which came before the salads. The food finally arrived closer to 8pm and was disappointing - overcooked cod fish, salty mushroom ravioli, and tasteless shrimp scampi pasta. The worst experience I have had at this Maggiano's location. To start off the waitress, came and left very quickly and not very friendly. My kids order kids menu, and never brought them their lemon cookies. I ordered lunch combo with Caesar salad and flat bread, my Caesar salad never arrived. We also ordered 4 classics to take home and when we got home, I only saw 3 instead of 4. Horrible experience and will never come back to this location.
I had a wonderful experience at the Dallas North Park Center branch of this restaurant, but unfortunately, the taste and service at this location didn't live up to my expectations. The drinks were overly sweet, and the food quality was lacking compared to the other.
I thoroughly enjoyed all of the food at this restaurant. The waitress was outstanding, and the atmosphere of the venue is perfect - clean, cheerful, with great tables that make for easy access to and from the parking lot.
Nice location for dinner, and the service is awesome! The food is okay, with the exception of the mouthwatering salmon. The calamari could be crunchier. The pictures look dark due to the ambiance.

We bought the shrimp scampi and it was dry AS HELL!!! No sauce whatsoever. Their food is mediocre and over hyped. As well as overpriced. Be better off at Olive
