I visited this restaurant yesterday, September 11, 2020, and was served cheese dip that was nearly two weeks past its expiration date. The staff member, who I believe was named Janelle, mentioned that it was from a new shipment. Unfortunately, I've ended up with food poisoning. It's really concerning that employees aren't checking expiration dates before selling food. Frankly, I think the health department should be notified about this. I recommend that you take your business elsewhere.
My family usually like the Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Nuggets. It’s usually warm, soft and great tasting. But the one we bought recently, was hard, chewy and didn’t taste fresh at all. We were disappointed. Churros are delish. Milkshakes are yummy and refreshing. Great customer service. Needs quality consistency.
I love the sugar and cinnamon Bite Size Pretzels, but the pretzels I got today at the Casino were awful. The pretzels were hard, tough, and had little to no sugar. I didn't finish the small cup, and that never ever happens. Over six dollars, for the small and half went in the trash. Never again.
My guilty pleasure is their mini pigs (hot dogs) in a blanket. They're great for snacks on the go. The store is clean, and you can watch them made right in front of you. Réservez une table maintenant

I ordered the bites and a pretzel...my food was ok, I've had better from Auntie Anne's but the customer service was quite substandard at this particular location

In July 2021, I had a hot and fresh pretzel, but I found it to be very overpriced at $10 for just one pretzel and a small drink. Réservez une table maintenant
Auntie Anne's pretzels and Cinnabons are both available in the same location. It's definitely a must-visit!
