went to the stall in the middle of the mall on the bottom floor near the stairs. not to be confused with the stall on the second floor. i went in with a very positive attitude and ordered a plain salted pretzel. i then asked the employee if the have any side condiments available with their pretzels. (i haven’t been to an auntie ann’s before) and she blankly answered yes with a weird attitude. no further explanation. just yes. so i answered back with a simple, okay. she said, “well would you like one?!” and i answered, “well yes. but what are they?” and she lazily told me the three condiments available. i’ve never had such stale customer service. i would never go back. horrible experience and...
This place is horrible. I rarely write reviews but this place is truly bad. They charge $10 for preztel bites that taste dry and old. This is not what it used to be. The workers were nice about it and they seemed like they knew they were serving dog food. To whoever owns this place. I wish you nothing but the worst in life until you close down this place and do something else with your life. Because this was truly horrible.
Been coming to this Auntie Anne's since I was a kid. It's fun to watch the pretzels being made and they are always fresh. They have an outstanding in-app ordering system and rewards program with many special offers. Most importantly the staff is nice and it's a great place to grab a snack while shopping. Located on the 2nd floor next to California Pizza Kitchen.
This place is a hot mess. Looks like the pretzels have been sitting a while the staff that’s working there or talking to people over the counter, have their friends sitting there. They don’t honor the AAA discount or AARP discount like the other ones nothing like fresh the staff was rude 10 out of 10 would definitely not recommend
Kai is the woman. I went here a couple weeks ago and she helped us out, was super fast and it was really good. I love it when an employee seems to genuinely enjoy their job and have a fun time and Kai is a star player who would excel at anything he wants to do, but for now she's making pretzels, and dang it, she's good at it.
