This location is terrible! First they refused to serve us when we entered, and told us that only the drive thru was available at 7pmThat is fine as it was not a busy time. After we ordered we waited for more than 40 minutes for our food and once we got it, we asked if this was the full order, they said yes, and once we started driving, only then realized that half of our order was missing. In short: we’ve wasted more than an hour and my pregnant wife is still hungry. Service: Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Not at all fast food. Place was not crowded. Still waited about 20 minutes for my food still wasn't right but I couldn't wait another 20 minutes. Employees engaging a lot of meaningless non work related conversation. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Very long wait. We used the app and went in to get the food. The drive-through was getting their food instead of us. Including new people driving up and using the drive-through. It was dead inside the restaurant. Guess we should have just gone through the drive-through. Strange experience. Service: Take out

A new location that only uses an automated order kiosk. Being new to this, the attendant gave no help! A 3 minute order took 15! I'm working on a short lunch break and never again! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
