Went to the tree lighting with my family tonight and we figured something warm would warm us up. The person at the counter serving us wasn't exactly rude but made us feel rushed and they didn't care and we had to remind him we were adding to our order. We wanted to get the pretzel dogs but they looked like they have been sitting on counter for hours. We got cinnamon pretzel bites, classic pretzel regular pretzel bites and they were all burnt as well. Not very happy I used to go here for pretzels all the time and it has gone downhill. Very disappointing .
I arrived at the restaurant at 11:30, just after it opened at 11:00. Unfortunately, the employee inside did not acknowledge my presence at all. To make matters worse, she gestured rudely at me as I was leaving. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and I believe this worker should be dismissed immediately. The young Black woman with short hair displayed extremely unprofessional behavior.
The service at Auntie Anne’s is impressive in both efficiency and speed. Even though the store was bustling with customers, the staff worked hard to ensure everyone was served quickly without sacrificing quality. It was evident that they prioritize both efficiency and the overall customer experience. Additionally, the staff is friendly and kind.
One of the best Cinnabon and the prestels I ever had,so fresh,try prestels with the cheese dip,just $1 extra for it,but trust me it’s worth it n a perfect delicious combo,the place is really busy but must say it’s very fast,love the fastest customer service need to stop by then one time

Hardy the owner was very nice and accomocating in making sure my catering order was fresh and ready to go. We ordered a bucket of nuggets for the Super Bowl. Will definitely be back!
I went on Saturday and it was really good. I even asked the young lady with minimal cinnamon which she did. It was great. Went back June 14th around 5pm it was closed
My son loves the pretzels and believe me they are good! However, I really think that they are a bit overpriced! :
So good. The prices arent too high, it's so worth it. The sugar cinnamon pretzel bites are AMAZING.
