In my last few visits to this restaurant, I've consistently found that the pretzels were either dry, burnt, or a combination of both. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. I'm tired of wasting my money and dealing with the rude staff. So unless you enjoy overly dry, burnt pretzels, I suggest you stay away!
