similar to other reviewers, I made a reservation and was lost in the ground in the snow. the host and the staff were not very friendly. there is no waiting area that made the weight very unpleasant and when I wait, I mean the 50 minutes that passed by the host with absolutely no communication. we decided to take a drink while we waited and although it is marketed as a full bar, it had a very limited choice. the drinks were subpar and overpriced for quality. while he took a drink for the extremely long waiting period, the host forgot about us and sat all who came after us. I approached him and told him that we were going, not even an apology was offered, in which he could not take care less.
As someone in the service industry, I can confidently say that this restaurant's service needs significant improvement. The staff does not smile and seems unaware of the items on their menu. Diners shouldn’t have to wait for a server to ask when they're ready to place their order. We waited 30 minutes for an appetizer that was simply goat cheese and mushrooms on a piece of toast, along with a French loaf. My steak was cold, and the potatoes were overcooked and dry. The meal did not justify the price, and the overall quality was lacking. The drinks, priced at $10 to $12 each, felt overpriced, and the desserts were underwhelming—nothing special at all.
The experience didn’t quite meet basic expectations. It seemed like the staff lacked a fundamental understanding of restaurant operations. For instance, they didn’t greet customers upon arrival, didn’t provide menus for everyone at the table, and failed to serve all dishes at the same time. The meats weren’t cooked to order and were often overdone. Additionally, the drink prices were excessively high, and the cocktails didn’t seem to have any craftsmanship to them. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
We planned a birthday luncheon for eight. There was a party and the music was so loud, there was no point in attempting any conversation. Though we asked the DJ and the manager to reduce the volume, it was never reduced to the point we could talk to the person sitting just across from you. We should have been advised of the party when we made the reservation not at the front door. We had a drink and left.

The ambiance and atmosphere was great music was a little to loud hard to have a dinner conversation. The drinks were great they have an excellent list of cocktails. The entrees were very underwhelming the rainbow trout was small over cooked and dried out. The the lamb chops had a fishy taste as if they cooked in same pan. The scallops were too pricey and over cooked.
The food was quite delicious, but both of my sisters were very disappointed with the scallop entrée. It was definitely more of an appetizer or tapas portion than a main course. While the food and drinks were enjoyable, the scallops left us a bit puzzled.
Came here for a nice Mother’s Day dinner, the ambiance was nice but the music was excessive. Felt like i was at a club rather than a dinner. Over priced drinks as well
The ambience of the restaurant was good… How ever the food was HORRIBLE!!! I do not see myself returning to this establishment.

The restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere and the food is delicious. Our server, Val, provided outstanding service!
We were there on Jazz night which caused a higher than normal noise level, but the Jazz was outstanding.
