We went to dinner on weekends. It's a tiny, simple place. without any detail. the friendly owner explained to us the letter and what we could ask or not being two diners. He offered us a wine that we didn't know instead of the letter and let us try it. He didn't get us and that didn't suit him very well. So he put the one we chose from the letter. the food with a high. Boniato chips were not newly made and they seemed roasted instead fried. Cheese artichokes weren't bad, but cheese dominated the dish. The slug didn't get us. The bao requires a spicy taste and the carrilla was sweet so he didn't know anything. We made the comment to the owner when he asked us and felt bad about the criticism....
a small restaurant where creativity in your kitchen is constant if you want to try the best rice here you have the place: paella valenciana. paella alicantina of chickpeas, beans paella and alcachozas, rice oven. rice with bark, meno marisco meloso from 10 u. on weekends the cook of pelle and so the desserts: torrijas (without frying,) cream with pistachios, delicacy of lemon or orange, crem de vainilla, Mexican flan, arnadis de zanahoria, calabaza, boniato.
It was a great discovery. the attention has been unbeatable, affectionate and attentive at all times, absolutely slope of my intolerances so that our experience was perfect all we have asked for has enchanted but we highlight the artichokes with gorgonzola, the panties with kimchi sauce and the dam with mango.
