I don’t usually go to The Avenue—not because it’s a bad spot, but it’s just not really my scene. However, we came across Good Fortune Restaurant there and were pleasantly surprised. Big thanks to Kerry for looking after Dillon and me, as well as the rest of the staff. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and vibe of the place. Keep up the great work and continue taking great care of your customers. From one businessperson to another, well done.
My husband and I used a voucher to try this restaurant. Unfortunately, his burger was awful and went straight in the trash. He had to eat half of my sandwich, which was missing avocado. On the bright side, the dessert was enjoyable. The music was extremely loud, and the ambiance felt dark, almost like a nightclub. Overall, we won’t be coming back, as we don’t understand the hype around this place.
I usually never go to the Avenue. Not because it?s a bad spot, but for my demographic of course. But we stumbled upon it, coming from Good Fortune! Thanks to Kerry. For taking care of Dillon and I. And others that were involved. We live across Dirty Laundryand kinda love this ecosystem. Ownership? Y?all keep it up and take care of the people. From one businessman to another????????????????
Great little spot in downtown Saint Pete. Great service with a menu of the classics. They have decent selection of burgers and other sandwiches. I got the pretzel appetizer which was great. My main dish was the chicken wrap and it was great with a small kick of flavor. Overall great place I would recommend and am looking forward to trying a burger. Réservez une table maintenant
The restaurant features fantastic happy hour deals. We enjoyed 7 cocktails and burgers. The Black and Blue burger delivered a rich, flavorful blue cheese kick (DELICIOUS), while my Cajun Death burger was so spicy it was a challenge to finish. The back room was peaceful, and our server/bartender was incredibly attentive and welcoming.
Cold beer and cold tacos. The beer was slightly colder, but not by much. The tacos would have been excellent if they were served hot. It wasn’t very busy either. Also, the chicken taco and the Buffalo chicken taco are very different—this should be made clear. The steak taco wasn’t shredded as expected; it was fatty and not very good.
Juicy burgers, sandwiches and the game! Love it! The Avenue has great indoor and outdoor options for game day with audio and many tvs to choose from. The dtsp burger is a must have for sure! I had a coupon so we tried it, my husbands burger was NASTY it went in the trash, he ended up eating half my sandwich which was missing the avocado. Tots were good. Super loud music and dark, like eating dinner in a club. Won?t be back, not sure why it?spopular.
