To the location manager 'CARMI ' I wanted to recognize one of your exceptional colleagues who I see quite frequently taking care of the customers including me and that would be PINDY. I consistently receive excellent service at the Langford A&W restaurant and the food is always fresh! I frequent this location often and am usually served by the same server (Pindy). She is always friendly and greets me with a smile. Additionally, when I bring my small children, she even gives them suckers. The staff at this restaurant works well together and provides great service. Keep up the good work!

My wife and I tried A&W for the first time at this place, and we loved the food they served us. The staff, especially Amille, was really helpful and made us feel welcome. The place had a nice atmosphere too. A big shout-out to all the hardworking staff at A&W Millstream for their great service! We wish them the best and say thank you for making our visit awesome! '

Absolutely LOVE this A&W 10/10. Laura, Pindy and Amila are just a few of the friendly faces I’ve gotten to know on my lunch breaks when I stop by to eat. 10/10 from those in kitchen who are always working SO hard making everyone’s food so quickly!! Always a great vibe in there and everyone is friendly!! Thanks for always making me feel welcomed! <3

Our server at the Millstream Rd A&W drive thru today, Oct.14.2023, around 3 pm, was spectacular. She answered the drive thru intercom with a super friendly sing-song voice, and then was extra kind when we pulled up to the window. 5-star service!

Probably the best experience I’ve had at an A&W. The burger, fries and of course the root beer were really really good. Friendly staff, clean and quick. Props to the staff for such great work. Random spot but would recommend.

I come here twice a week for lunch while I'm working, the staff always greet me with a smile and friendly conversation. The dining room is always neat and orderly, and the cooks are efficient and always get it right.

This was our first time trying the Nashville hot chicken cruncher and it was delicious. Pendy and the staff were very friendly and provided us with exceptional customer service.

with the food quality. teen burger and wobble rings order! obvious they were prefabricated! cold tasted bold! wobble rings were equal, lubricated.
